Job description
A well respected organisation requires a Financial Accountant to manage the process surrounding the monthly, quarterly and annual reporting cycles. Reporting to the Group Financial Accountant, key accountabilities of the position will include: full accounting and reconciliation responsibility up to trial balance; balance sheet reconciliations; reviewing profit and loss with General Manager; group reporting on consolidated reporting package; assisting External Auditors in the interim and annual audits; assisting in statutory accounts preparation. An understanding of UK GAAP and IFRS is essential. Strong Excel skills and experience of using Oracle would be preferable.
