Job description
TalkTalk Group Finance Shared Service is looking for an experienced interim Financial Accountant to support with the year end process, support junior staff and assist in the preparation of monthly accounts. The Financial Accountant will be required for a six month contract. Working within the Financial Accounting team this role will take responsibility for the production of subsidiary year end statutory accounts and will be required to be the point of contact for stakeholders such as Internal and External Auditors, Tax, Central Finance, Suppliers and other departments around the Group. In addition the role will support on various ad hoc projects and be responsible for implementing improvements to existing reports and processes. To be considered for this opportunity you will be fully qualified ACA, CIMA, ACCA (or equivalent) with a strong technical background, an up-to-date knowledge of UK Accounting standards and a proven demonstrable ability to improve processes.
