Job description
A Financial Accountant is required for housing organisation near Dudley. Providing support to the FD, the role will involve the production of monthly management accounts, quarterly reports as well as budget preparation and year end financial accounts for audit. The ideal candidate would be qualified ACA ACCA CIMA, CIPFA (or equivalent). Qualified by experience candidates with extensive housing sector exposure are also encouraged to apply. You will have a proven track record of managing small teams. Year end statutory reporting, managing the Auditors, financial accounts and ideally some IFRS experience is also essential for this role. Our client is a leading local charity going through a period of restructure. This would be an exciting time to join the organisation, as the desire to implement change is strong. This role is an important part of the plan to move things forward, hence they are looking for a quality individual to help them achieve. Only applicants with a suitable amount of UK based finance experience and who have a legal right to work within the UK will be considered.
