Job description
This organisation are about to go through immense change and grow by over 30% in size in the new year. On offer is a role offering an exciting challenge including an investigative focus that will require the successful candidate to identify and suggest improvements and revisions to a number of financial procedures to ensure that they suit the organisation when it has gone through the growth process. This role will draw upon diplomatic and negotiation skills so gain support for recommended changes and improvements and needs an individual who has had to interact and explain finance policy to both financial and non-financial staff. A qualified CCAB (ACCA/CIMA/ACA/CIPFA)/close to qualified or QBE Accountant with strong technical financial accounting skills. Ideally candidates will have experience of Public Sector/not-for-profit accounting and will project management and leadership skills. Innovative not-for-profit business with environmental concerns about to go through immense change and grow by over 30% in size in the new year.
