Job description
This well-known FMCG business is seeking a Financial Analyst. The role will: provide day-to-day analytical support to budget holders to enable them to meet their financial targets; proactively highlight any performance concerns and opportunities; own the reporting and explanation of budget performance at period end; drive efficiency in the processes by conceiving and implementing systems improvements, process simplification and other improvements. The successful candidate will: understand budgets and reporting of actual costs against budget; be a confident communicator and able to interface with and challenge more senior personnel; communicating and actioning changes; strong analytical capability good Excel skills.
