Financial Analyst
Job Description
Reporting to the FC, your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting FC with establishing financial processes and systems within the company and reviewing their effective operation.
- Reviewing revenue recognition processes on a daily basis to ensure revenue and cash flow is maximised.
- Review and control over the direct costs of the business ensuring the correct recording and invoicing of such costs.
- Proposing recommendations to management to reduce the operational costs of the business.
- Preparation of weekly key performance indicators.
- Preparation of other financial information as requested by the Financial Controller and the Directors to assist in the overall direction and decision-making of the company.
Ideally you will:
- Have relevant experience within an accounting function, preferably with exposure to analytical and reconciliation / control processes.
- Have advanced Excel skills.
- Preferably be studying towards an accounting qualification such as CIMA / ACCA.
