Job description
A successful Financial Services operation in Cheshire is looking to recruit a Financial Analyst to join its Finance function for a 6 month period with a strong chance of the role becoming permanent. Taking ownership of assigned cost centres you will liaise with Cost Centre Managers to identify risks & opportunities, oversee cost re-forecasts and challenge forecast increases and planned expenditure. Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with Senior Managers you will assist with project work as required, providing finance support for business cases and robust independent review of these projects. Ideally from a Financial Services background, you will be a qualified Accountant who can demonstrate excellent communication skills, strong commercial acumen and a desire to work with strategic issues and challenges. You will be immediately available or have a short notice period as the need to recruit for this role is urgent.
