An opportunity has arisen for a Management Accountant/Financial Analyst to join our client, an international Bank that has growing offices in Manchester. This is a commercial role that offers extensive exposure to the operations aspects of the Financial Services industry. Key responsibilities of the Financial Analyst role will include: assist the Luxembourg team with certain centralised Accounting functions; report management information; assist with month end close process; ensure deadlines are achieved; work closely with the Corporate Finance team; produce management reports; liaise with senior finance and sales professionals; analyse sales & margin data. The ideal Management Accountant/Financial Analyst will possess the following attributes/skills: part-qualified in either ACA, CIMA, ACCA or equivalent; exposure to either IFRS; European language skills would be advantageous; deadline driven with effective time management skills; exceptional Excel and systems skills.
