Job description
Our client, an exciting and dynamic organisation in Hertfordshire, is seeking a Financial Analyst to join a high-performing business unit as the key Finance Business Partner. Key duties include: provision of full financial support to the business unit senior management; creation of budgets, forecasts and strategic plans; finance representative on cross-functional brand teams and business unit leadership team; business unit profitability reporting and analysis; present on financial status of business unit with recommendations and value added analysis; analysis of sales and profit trends to aid decision-making; cost centre reporting, liaising with appropriate Managers to ensure dept expenditure is managed effectively. The successful applicant will be a qualified Accountant with commercial experience and the ability to influence and negotiate with finance and non-finance stakeholders at a senior level. You will have excellent communication skills, ambition and a tenacious approach.
