Job description

One of the leading employers in Hertfordshire, with exceptional offices, in a picturesque setting, is now looking to recruit a Financial Analyst. The role will provide financial support to various cost centres, ensuring that their costs are controlled and that their financial integrity is maintained. The Financial Analyst will also assist in ensuring compliance for internal and external financial reporting. Furthermore you will contribute to data and reports, whilst also preparing and providing analysis of reports to ensure financial transactions comply with financial guidelines. You will also act as a Business Partner to various BUs and project teams to help develop, manage and deliver current, and new projects as required by the business. In addition you will be responsible for day-to-day aspects such as month end cycles, budgeting, forecasts, accrual processes, creation and control of master data, and training on systems and accounting policy. As the successful candidate you will be actively studying towards CIMA, or ACCA and will be adept with MS Excel, an ERP system, and IFRS reporting standards. You will also be a real team player, with lots of great ideas.
