Job description
The Financial Analyst position provides dynamic and focused financial decision support to the business through first class provision, analysis and interpretation of financial information and proactive commercial advice within an environment of effective financial controls and processes. The Commercial Finance team is charged with providing a proactive analytical service to the Senior Management team based at Royal Leamington Spa and also to the Business Managers throughout the UK. This role is for a part-qualified through to qualified experienced Analyst who wants to make an impact in a business. The role provides commercially focused Accountants with an outstanding opportunity to work ‘at the sharp end'. This is a very visible role which demands not only the ability to work well under pressure, but also the interpersonal skills necessary to develop constructive working relationships with internal customers. In the 4 years since its creation at Royal Leamington Spa, the Commercial Finance department has established a solid reputation for delivering a professional and proactive service at the heart of all the key business issues. The department recognises the need to develop its key staff whilst also delivering against the business imperatives. Progressive development structures are in place, including a commitment to expand Analysts' skills through exposure to different areas of the business.
