Job description
A Financial Analyst is required for a growing Financial Services organisation in Leeds. Working on a pivotal 12-month contract, you will provide key advice to assist in the continued development of the business. The purpose of the Financial Analyst role is to drive and support the daily NAV analysis control and perform detailed asset fund analysis across a wide range of life and OEIC funds within the Investment Analysis team. As the Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for providing support to the net asset value analysis daily control process, review NAV analysis, undertake ad hoc analysis of fund prices, fund NAVs and price drift, proactively identify control weaknesses, designing and implementing processes to reduce identified risks. The suitable candidate will have experience of working within a life and pensions office, specifically in a fund capacity, working knowledge of Hiport investment systems, advanced understanding of securities and investments and related markets, high level understanding knowledge of investment accounting processes and systems, working knowledge of complex fund structures.
