Job description

This is an excellent opportunity for a part-qualified/Finalist or studier to join large Leicestershire based business. The successful candidate will join a small team who provides support to the business through defining and delivering financial reporting and analysis that appropriately reflects the KPIs of the business. Key accountabilities of the role will include: assisting with the production of latest budget estimates and annual budgeting process including rolling forecasts; monthly reporting of business performance with associated analysis and commentary; developing close working relationships with key internal stakeholders and providing specialist financial support and advise; business partnering to cost centre Managers to help and manage costs to be within budget; assisting with the production of monthly sales P&L; working with the business to identify opportunities that will contribute towards achieving annual budget targets; monthly business initiative tracking and reporting; support the head of the department with business projects and ad hoc analysis. Desirable experience: part-qualified/studier/Finalist (ACA/CIMA/ACCA); financial and business reporting experience; strong communication and relationship management experience; ability to work in a small team and manage own workload.
