Job description
Robert Half International is recruiting on behalf of a large PLC in Liverpool City Centre for an interim Accountant. As a CCAB qualified Accountant with experience in the Financial Services sector, the role will involve: producing P&L and balance sheet statements for a defined business area, managing a financial close process, ensuring stringent financial control as well as compliance with Group policies and other regulatory requirements; understanding and clearly communicating the rationale of the business result; ensuring that the reporting and control implications of system developments and new business deals are understood and communicated across finance; reviewing and improving existing reporting processes and taking advantage of the new technology being introduced into the area. Preferably you will also have SAP experience. Salary & benefits: hourly rate will be £19.00 per hour plus holiday pay.
