Job description
Our client, a Property company based in Central London, is looking to recruit a Financial Analyst to join a non-financial team and develop the communication and reporting between the 2. The company is looking for someone to report to the Head of Business Delivery and be responsible for the coordination and production of all departmental financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and data validation across the service charge utilities, insurance, third party rent, business rating and professional services fee cost for all group properties. They require someone qualified in CIMA, ACCA or ACA or possibly a post qualified with exceptional experience. They need to be degree class, have exceptional Excel skills, a knowledge of Hyperion would be a plus and the experience of managing a commercial finance situation.
