Job description

Based in Croydon, our client seeks a qualified Accountant to join them as Financial Analyst. This job would suit an ACCA or CIMA qualified Accountant who has substantial financial analysis and management accounts experience. Recent, relevant, experience within the Manufacturing industry is essential. Job overview: this role is to provide excellent analysis of the performance of the business and advise how to pre-empt problems, adapt to changing circumstances and improve value. You will provide meaningful analysis to the Sales team, construct new pricing models, and assess product profitability and therefore providing the necessary information required in order to drive the business forward. Accurate planning and reporting is essential which will include providing meaningful variance analysis both to budget, forecast and prior year. You will also support the Chief Operating Officer and assist in understanding the profitability of the division and of its varying products.
