Job description
Our client, a South London based global Management and Engineering consultancy, is currently recruiting for a Financial Analyst within their aviation division. This £1bn business has projects based in over 140 countries and operates in a number of sectors. They are looking for a CIMA/ACA qualified Accountant or Finalist with an extensive background in Financial Analysis within a corporate Finance team. The ideal applicant should have knowledge of financial models, transactional due diligence and have a keen interest in the engineering sector. The job role includes: undertaking transaction due diligence, construction monitoring and operations monitoring within the aviation market; building, structuring and validation of financial models for airline route development and terminal design, with reviewing of third party models; reviewing business performance of airports which will include analysis of management and financial accounts; assessment of financial and operational benchmarks; production of financial research notes and mentoring reports; project management including internal financial reporting and quality systems.
