Job description
Robert Half Finance & Accounting is currently recruiting for a Financial Analyst working for a US global business based in Winnersh Triangle. Reporting to the Finance Manager this role has responsibility for the planning, reporting and analysis of various business units and supporting commercial activities within those units. Duties include: sales reporting and variance analysis, operating reporting and variance analysis, sales incentives monitoring and reporting, completion of monthly management reporting packs and other ad hoc finance duties as required. This is a highly commercial role which involves working closely with the business and sales and marketing, experience of working/liaising with non-finance is essential for this position. The Financial Analyst will be a qualified Accountant (ACCA or CIMA) or someone at Finalist stage who has proven analytical experience. Salary & benefits: the Financial Analyst role is paying up to £50,000 plus benefits.
