Job description
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a qualified CA to work for a growing mining business in the heart of Sydney CBD in a business partnering role. Our client is a multinational mining and resources company who is currently seeking an exceptional CA from the Big 4 chartered firm. Ideal candidate: CA/CPA; working in a chartered environment ideally within mining, resources or energy sector; analytical and possess exceptional communication skills; advance Excel and PowerPoint skills; highly ambition and possess strong work ethics; possess high level of communication skills; ability to build and maintain relationships with senior level executives; strong financial and business acumen: Role and responsibilities: management reporting; reviewing and analysing financials; monthly financial reporting, analysis and insightful commentary; working closely with non-finance and Finance Business Partners; liaising with Executive Management and Divisional Directors; preparing analysis report for business growth and performance; developing strategies and actions to drive and maximise revenue opportunities; assisting senior management with ad hoc tasks; providing decision support to the Group function; presenting of budgets and forecasts to key stakeholders; strategic financial planning for Australian regions.
