Job description
The role provides financial support to a number of cost centres, ensuring that costs are controlled and financial integrity maintained. Assisting in ensuring compliance to internal and external financial reporting requirements. A successful candidate must be familiar with IFRS reporting standards as well as proficient with MS Office, SAP and other financial packages. The role will require you to contribute data and reports in a timely manner, preparing reports and analysis of reports ensuring that financial and accounting guidelines are met. You will need to develop, manage and deliver projects as required by the company, as well as being responsible for designing and delivering financial training to support the business, including training on systems, accounting policy, budgeting and forecasting. Managing Straight Line and non-Straight Line accrual processes and helping with activity allocation entries and month end cycles.
