Job description
My client, an expanding private Medical company, is looking for a Business Analyst. The purpose of this role is to provide financial and management analytical data for the FD to ensure optimal decisions are being made about future business growth, financing and pricing decisions. Based at head office the post-holder will be required to perform the following: business case preparation for future business ventures: analysis and review of market data; preparation of financial business case; work with the Business Development team to support ongoing market review, assessment and prioritisation of future business opportunities; financial planning: to project future financial performance including scenario planning; to understand cash flow requirements; preparation of sensitivity analysis; assessment of external funding alternatives including submission of data required for future Funders; preparation and development of KPIs to assist Senior Management decision-making including: working with Clinical team to support in the development and preparation of KPIs; working with Marketing/Business Development team to support in the development and preparation of KPIs; preparation of data and presentations for Board Meetings as required; preparation of data for External Funders; analysis of data to support key negotiations; preparation of financial data for private equity backers. Essential requirements: experience: experience of preparation and assessment of financial, market and analytical data; experience of effective staff liaison and co-operative working. Skills: have evidence of effective organisational, interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal); able to demonstrate a proven level of achievement and the ability to liaise with centre teams and head office teams to a high level; strong relationship building skills.
