Job description
A global Group of Companies who specialise in providing services to the corporate real estate and private equity sector is looking for an experienced Financial Controller to work in its Real Estate Investment Fund department in Amsterdam. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating operations involving cross-border teams that meet client accounting service requirements including preparing the monthly/quarterly/annual management and statutory accounts in accordance to IFRS and Dutch GAAP, coordinate treasury and cash management, prepare forecasting budgeting and ad hoc analysis. In addition, you will manage statutory audit programs with External Auditors, provide project management and accounting support on real estate transactions and liaise with clients to develop accounting policies and processes to develop the business. To apply you will be qualified ACCA/ACA/CPA with experience in Real Estate Funds, you will also have a knowledge of multi jurisdictional consolidations with significant experience in IFRS and statutory reporting.
