Job description
This is an exciting opportunity to join a division of a £90 million t/o company as the Financial Controller, with responsibility for 4 direct reports. This role reports directly to the CFO with a dotted line to the Operations Director. Key responsibilities: overall responsibility for the completeness and accuracy of accounting records; responsibility for the timely preparation of monthly management accounts, including appropriate commentary and analysis; responsible for preparation and submission of weekly flash reports; preparation of budgets/forecasts, including appropriate commentary and analysis; responsible for preparation of year end accounts and supporting schedules; develop and maintain KPIs; ensuring the provision of robust and flexible financial systems. It is a key leadership role in the development of the ERP system. Personal specification: qualified CCAB with a manufacturing background; experience of change management; confidence to work at Board level; experience of systems implementation.
