Job description
Grafton Banks Finance is currently recruiting for a Financial Controller for an international Executive recruitment group, based in Brighton. This highly acquisitive organisation is looking for a fully qualified Accountant - (ACA, ACCA, CIMA), who can proactively support their growth strategy and help improve efficiencies. This hands on role reports directly to the Group Finance Director and the main responsibilities include: managing a finance team of 6 staff, monthly consolidation, international statutory accounts, preparation of UK and international ledgers and VAT, treasury management, payroll, credit control and UK and international audit. The ideal candidate will be of graduate calibre with excellent managerial skills and the ability to demonstrate where they have driven change in previous roles. Experience of working within the recruitment industry will prove highly advantageous, although certainly not a pre-requisite, together with international exposure and good working knowledge of IFRS.
