Job description
The R&D division of a global billion-dollar turnover group is looking a Financial Controller for its Cambridgeshire operation. This role, number one finance position on site, will head up a UK based team of 3 and will be responsible for the general site accounting and financial reporting for the division. The responsibilities will include monthly reconciliation of the UK results, budgeting and forecasting, liaising with Auditors, R&D project accounting, providing accounting and finance support for the sales team as well as inventory reporting. Ideally you will have UK commercial accounting experience within a manufacturing environment and have a strong customer focus, both internal and external. Good Excel and financial systems skills are a must! A great location with free parking and good benefits package including pension and private healthcare are included.
