Job description
This is a Financial Controller opportunity based in Cambridge for a qualified Accountant with excellent team management skills. In addition to responsibility for up to 15 staff, you will work closely with the FD to provide high quality management and financial information to the Senior Management team and business units. This will involve developing and implementing financial strategy and identifying procedures and policies to facilitate the achievement of those policies. To apply successfully you will be a qualified Accountant, used to managing and inspiring large teams, technically strong but also with commercial flare and with the ability to influence and negotiate at all levels.
