Job description
This is a full-time role within the Finance and Administration function of a successful company based in Cardiff, reporting to the FD. The overall purpose of the role is to ensure timely and accurate completion of internal management accounts and reporting packs and compliance with statutory reporting requirements, including preparation for and management of annual company audit and ensuring that internal controls and processes operates correctly and effectively to allow this. In addition the role also encompasses managing the company’s Finance and Administration team, whose overall purpose is to provide an efficient and professional service to the business at all times. The company has a policy of continual improvement and previous experience of implementing system and procedural improvements would be advantageous. The successful candidate will be a strong communicator, enthusiastic, logical and confident.
