Job description

Internationally recognised & award winning media company. Reporting to the CFO, the role is responsible for leading a large finance team of 45 people in London and 25 Internationally. The role: review and report on all revenue streams, costs and cashflow; manage the quarterly forecasting process and the annual strategic plan; oversee the preparation of statutory company accounts; clear all internal and external audit reports; improve the quality of weekly and monthly reporting packs, including non-financial KPIs, and ensuring forecast and plan presentations are consistent with guidelines; Business Process Manager for Sarbanes-Oxley compliance; ensure compliance with all statutory, group and accounting standards, policies and procedures throughout the year. The person: qualified Accountant; ideally degree or MBA educated; PQE ideally gained within Media; previous staff management experience; Hyperion and advanced Excel skills; strong knowledge of IFRS/UK & US GAAP.
