Job description
Responsibilities: to provide the best possible service in terms of financial and management reporting for a small company with big plans for the future. Roles/responsibilities: managing working capital; introduce and manage group cash-flows; review statutory accounts at the end of the financial year; responsible for the annual budget and quarterly forecasting; preparation of financial models; develop internal management reporting and assist in staff appraisals; supporting the Management Director in negotiating new deals; ensuring the outsourced accountancy is working effectively. Skills/experience: proven track record of being prepared to work hard and focus on details; determination to meet deadlines and organise time effectively; a love for sports would be a plus. Education/professional qualifications: qualified Accountant. Personal attributes: proactive; forward thinking; results driven; organised; responsible; driven; hard working.
