Job description
My client a world-renowned Advertising agency is seeking to recruit a qualified Financial Controller. The candidate must have previous experience of WIP gained from an advertising agency. The role will encompass: compilation of monthly and quarterly financial accounts and submission to via Hyperion; preparation of quarterly and annual tax returns and uploading via Hyperion; approval of expenses, purchase orders, invoices and on line banking payments; quarterly submission of leasing schedules and reconciliation of lease account; agreement of quarterly intercompany netting; quarterly VAT returns; weekly review with FD of debtors list; approval of all closed jobs and credit notes; monthly income reconciliation and reconciliation of income accounts; analysis of studio income time sheet reporting and analysis monthly meetings (with FD) with each Group Account Director to review income, time and forecasts.
