Job description
A young, dynamic and rapidly growing subsidiary of a multibillion-revenue organisation is seeking an inspirational Financial Controller to join its impressive Management team. Reporting to the subsidiary CFO, responsibilities include: ensuring robust financial controls are in place; proactively building strong relationships with stakeholders within the parent company; providing strategic financial management; preparing insightful analysis to support commercial deals; developing business plans, budgets, and forecasts; leading and coaching a small team. A qualified Accountant with first class technical accounting skills, you will be an inspirational finance professional with the credibility and emotional intelligence to build strong internal & external relationships. Ideally, though not essential, you shall have worked within both a large matrix organisation and SME, though you will have a demonstrable track record of creating a best in class control environment whilst driving innovation and change. This is an opportunity to join a business that has retained its entrepreneurial identity whilst operating with the support of a large corporate.
