Job description
My exclusive client, a UK leading Venture Capital backed professional services consultancy, seeks to appoint a high calibre Head of Finance to assist the board in driving the business toward a potential exit in due course. As a crucial, and highly visible, member of senior management during this exciting time for the business, the Head of Finance will be instrumental in developing and maintaining a strong financial platform from which to build. Responsible for 9 staff comprising Finance, IT and HR you will display considerable commercial acumen and credibility with the board, strong management skills and a real hands-on desire to drive continuous improvement within this entrepreneurial culture. The ideal candidate will be an ACA qualified Accountant with strong academics, whilst previous VC exposure and availability at short notice is advantageous.
