Job description
My client a leading name in the Property Management sector requires a Financial Controller to join their successful company on a permanent basis. You will ideally have come from a Property Management background and have a good understanding for the current legislations attached to Property Management. Staff management skills are also an integral to this role as you will be managing a medium/large sized team. You will ideally be ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified. Your will be responsible for managing all aspects of the Finance department including: budgets, banking, credit control, new business, ground rents, purchase ledger and year end.
