Job description
As Financial Controller for this subsidiary business you will have significant autonomy in order to enhance the financial and IT performance of the business, reporting to the Managing Director. Your main responsibilities will include profit and loss, balance sheet and financial reporting, the analysis of trends and budgeting. In addition you will take lead responsibility for purchasing, stock control in liaison with logistics, sales administration and credit management in relation to cash flow. You will also be the key advisor for operational managers in order to better their understanding of profitability and propose solutions to anticipate and or improve economic performance. Whilst you may not necessarily be qualified you will need to be an outgoing individual with a flexible approach and willingness to involve yourself in all aspects of running a business and have the desire to succeed within a demanding growth environment.
