Job description
Bond Williams Accountancy & Finance is recruiting a Financial Controller for a medium sized business based in Dorset. Reporting to the FD and responsible for a small Finance team, you will have responsibility for all aspects of finance including: day-to-day management of the Finance department, review and analyse the monthly management accounts, treasury controls, assessing financial viability of new contracts and product development, planning and budgeting and assisting Senior Managers/Directors with business planning and performance monitoring. You will need to be fully qualified (ACA or ACCA) with a strong Practice training/background and good industry experience within an SME. In addition, you will need to have very strong people skills, a keen eye for detail, commercial aptitude and a very flexible attitude. A good working environment and benefit package is offered.
