Job description
An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a preferably qualified Accountant to join a young, dynamic company, forward-thinking and with significant growth planned. Specialists in, its niche area of the service sector, the company has reached a stage of its development where the recruitment of a Financial Controller has become an important part of its future plans. Preferably ACCA/ACA/CIMA qualified you will be seeking a challenging role giving the opportunity to take charge of the Finance function, putting in place reporting procedures, preparing the management and financial accounts and helping this privately owned company reach the next stage of its development. The successful candidate will be an all-rounder, preferably experienced with Sage systems and have experience of managing a small team. You will possess excellent organisational, analytical and communication skills and have the ability to implement systems ensuring that the required financial and management information is available to the Directors. It is imperative that the successful candidate is able to work to deadlines when required and can communicate effectively and eloquently at all levels. Part-qualified and qualified by experience candidates will be considered for this role dependent upon their relevant background and experience for the role.
