Job description
Reporting to the Group FD and Manufacturing MD, this is a hands-on, operationally focused position for a Manufacturing Financial Controller. Role/duties will include: responsibility for financial control and reporting across the Manufacturing division; annual budgeting, monthly forecasting and reporting; performance reporting and analysis; standard costing and associated variance reporting, commentary and recommendations; cash flow reporting. We are seeking applications from qualified Accountants. Applicants must demonstrate a strong track record within a manufacturing environment. The successful applicant will be a confident communicator, capable of challenging the status quo but also accepting constructive criticism and feedback. Availability at short notice is advantageous. Our client is a Gloucestershire based manufacturing business. Salary offered is £55,000 - £65,000 per annum plus benefits (no car). Where specific UK qualifications are required, we will take into account overseas equivalents.
