Job description
This company is part of a successful group offering a wide range of integrated services to an international client base. Based in the Great Yarmouth corporate offices, they are seeking to appoint an experienced Financial Controller to undertake the delivery of financial support to this expanding business. This is an exciting opportunity to work for a profitable and growing industry. Responsibilities: overseeing a dedicated accounts team of 5 staff you will be responsible for the successful management and delivery of the core Finance function; including the preparation of management accounts and cash flow reporting; undertaking the constant review and streamlining of processes to develop a cost effective management information system to the business, whilst motivating and developing the Finance team. Candidates will be considered with: proven experience in a similar role; strong accounting experience, ideally with previous exposure to international taxation; strong analytical skills - able to develop staff; excellent interpersonal and time-management skills, with a proactive approach, and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels. The Group offers excellent opportunities for progression.
