Job description
A market-leading Retail business is recruiting a Financial Controller to join its operations in Greater Manchester. As Financial Controller, you will be responsible for overseeing the production of all financial reporting and management information, controlling the revenue and balance sheet, adopting a continuous improvement environment ensuring that processes and systems are constantly reviewed and improved. You will be responsible for the coaching and development of a team of c25. The successful candidate will be a qualified Accountant, with experience of working in a large company with extensive stakeholder management experience. Strong leadership skills are required and the ability to motivate and the ability to coach and encourage team members to achieve their potential is crucial.
