Job description
This Hertfordshire based Financial Controller role is a No. 1 in finance position reporting to the Managing Director of a commercial business. The role looks after a small team of finance staff and requires a candidate with a strong personality to challenge and assist the Managing Director. Duties in the role include team management, bank reconciliation overview, online banking, payroll outsource liaison, VAT, planning and budgeting, forecasting to the board, FX, cash flow, information to the Auditors, analysis of all cost centres, management accounts. Ideally you will be part-qualified or fully qualified ACCA, ACA, CIMA with knowledge of SAGE and experience in working in an SME organisation, commercially focused and highly motivated.
