Job description
Duties: prepare monthly internal business unit financial statements and reports; prepare company wide multi-currency, consolidated financial statements; analyse actual results against operating plans; maintain accounting policies and procedures in accordance with UK GAAP and group requirements; provide opinion, support and analysis in support of the EMEA and APAC business units; prepare monthly journal entries and management reports; perform various analyses and reconciliations; local inventory and cash management. To be considered for this role you will either be a fully qualified Accountant or be QBE with highly relevant experience. You should be able to demonstrate strong budgeting, analysis, financial reporting and financial accounting experience. Knowledge of Great Plains will be a significant advantage. Ideally you will have SME experience, perhaps within a larger group, and due to the nature of some of my clients business you must be able to obtain a security clearance. Salary up to £45k plus pension, life assurance etc.
