Job description
It is a newly created role with a regulated business based in Leeds City Centre. The position reports to the Head of Finance and the requirement is for a qualified Accountant with experience in a regulated environment, whether this is Financial Services or a Law firm. The post holder will manage a team of 4 and will be part of the Senior Management team. You will be responsible for all day-to-day accounting matters including monthly management accounts, cash flow forecasting and VAT returns. Key projects to pick up on will include improving the budgeting process for the group and improvement of IT systems, an interest and knowledge of these areas would be advantageous. This position is with a long established and financially stable business.
