Job description
Sharp Consultancy is currently recruiting on behalf of a highly prestigious and reputable business within the North Lincolnshire area that is looking to add a Financial Controller to its Finance team. You must be qualified, ideally CIMA or ACCA with experience of working within manufacturing, preferably gained in an FMCG environment. Key duties will include: management of the P&L towards the year end financials; strong analytical skills with the ability to convert data into analysis information; excellent communication skills which will enable the individual to influence Commercial and Operational teams; management of the budget and forecasting procedures; good negotiation and influencing skills; disciplined and organised with the ability to work remotely from the Divisional Centre whilst maintaining focus on divisional goals; managing the supply chain KPIs to complete the factory operating statement; maintaining and improving reporting systems; providing key product costing.
