Job description
A global Entertainment/Media business is currently looking for a Financial Controller to join its business for a 9-month contract. As Financial Controller, you will be managing a team of 8 people and will be responsible for overseeing the production of the monthly management accounts, monthly reporting pack, variance analysis and consolidation of group accounts. This role will also involve a lot of project work around the disposal of companies and dealing with the transition of the standard currency from pounds to dollars. You will also be required to have experience of multi currency or foreign exchange. My client is looking for a qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) and you must have the ability to work in a tough and challenging environment. This role is an opportunity to work for an exciting and fast-paced business in a high profile industry.
