Job description
Our client specialises in the acquisition, active management and profitable sale of property throughout the UK, with over £2bn of assets owned or under management. An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Financial Controller based at the London. The position will report to the Group FC. Duties will include: manage the process for preparation of quarterly management accounts for funds, joint ventures and consolidated Group; review of accounting information prepared by Management Accountants for reasonableness and accuracy; manage process for preparation of annual budgets and regular reforecasts; preparation of Group consolidated interim and year end statutory financial statements in accordance with IFRS & project management of year end Group audit and interim review to ensure the processes are completed efficiently and production of required audit files. The successful candidate will be a qualified Accountant, ideally with experience of working in the property sector.
