Job description

Fast-growing design/advertising agency based in EC1 is looking to recruit a qualified FC to join an expanding and proactive Finance team. You will be responsible for: preparation and control of monthly management accounts, quarterly forecasts and annual budgets; management of accounts payable function; profit & loss variance analysis and commentary; balance sheet reconciliations; FX revaluation; managing annual external and internal audits; statutory accounts and corporation tax; Sarbanes-Oxley compliance; Inland Revenue returns (VAT, PSA) and general financial management. Reporting into the FD and supervising a small team this is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in the company s commercial and financial reporting/strategy. You should be a self-starter, organised and possess excellent communication skills to discuss financials with non-financial team members. Previous industry experience is welcomed.
