Job description
Key duties will include managing the financial integration process and establishing robust financial controls and processes, driving efficiency and business performance, ensuring that respective balance sheets are understood and reviewed, critically reviewing overheads and costs, providing reports and delivering budgets, implementing new KPIs to shape profit forecasts, understanding foreign currency requirements and mentoring and coaching a small team. The successful candidate will be a qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) with previous change management experience. Applicants must be interpersonally strong with a financial control background. Experience of FX management and financial integration would be advantageous. This opportunity would certainly suit an individual looking to step in to a commercial role.
