Job description
Parkside Accounting & Finance is recruiting for a up and coming Financial Controller (PQE) for our client a rapid growing, leader in Cloud Computing based very near to Staines. With phenomenal growth year by year of 20+% and a portfolio of large blue chip organisations this is a superb opportunity for an ambitious candidate. Deputising for the FD in his absence, you will also manage a team of four staff at part-qualified and qualified level. Responsible for: cash management; forecasting and treasury; financial accounting; management accounting; branch accounts (including holding companies), monthly consolidated management accounts; payroll, ownership of annual group audit; VAT submissions and corporation tax returns. Being an inquisitive company you will also get the opportunity to get involved in M&A due diligence and liaising with leasing providers etc. The ideal candidate will have strong academics, degree educated (preferably Red Brick University with 2:1). ACCA/ACA/CIMA qualified with experience, ideally in a fast growing Hi-tech company or service sector company. Advanced Excel user. Oracle experience will be advantageous. You must demonstrate ambition and progression in your career to date and proven management experience. My client is not looking for an established FC, but someone who can grow into this role. You must be able to travel to UK office once a month and European subsidiary once a qtr (all expenses paid). In return, my client is offering a very lucrative package including, salary £50k - £55k, 25 days’ holiday increasing to 30 with service, healthcare, pension, bonus, flexi time, gym and assistance with training for personal development.
