Job description

A prestigious and innovative Insurance company, with its European headquarters based in the heart of the Thames Valley is seeking a commercially shrewd Financial Controller. In this all encompassing role you will be responsible for managing month end reporting, KPI analysis, marketing analysis, process and systems improvements and much more. Managing a small team of part-qualified and fully qualified Accountants and responsible for both the UK and Europe, you will need to be a proven self-starter with excellent communication and mentoring skills. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a high profile role and really make the position your own. The role is offering salary £60,000-70,000 plus car plus bonus plus benefits.
