Job description
My real estate client is about to commence an ambitious project which has resulted in them approaching us to assist them in sourcing a high calibre Controller. This newly appointed role will be responsible for the management and development of a compact team, developing and implementing reporting functions and instigating controls and procedures. You will be responsible for managing the year end and half year reporting along with supervising the reporting, forecasting and working closely with project managers. This is a unique opportunity for a qualified Accountant who has worked within the real estate arena.
